System Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA (Mostly remote)

Contract: 6+ months

On-site/telework (1 day on site per week preferred). Must be within 2-3 hours drive (not flight) to 600 E Broad St headquarters. Contractor must be willing to attend on-site meetings when asked.

ON SITE interviews only (No Exceptions). If candidate requests virtual interview and cannot attend on-site, they will be removed from consideration. In-person interviews required; interviewers will accommodate availability and give advanced notice. Interviews must be timely.

Must have strong business knowledge of Medicaid system components and related business rules and processes. Experience must be clearly highlighted on resume.

Full-time Data/Systems Analyst to support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS). Key personnel supporting MES CRMS components with deep business and technical knowledge of CRMS data. Works closely with business teams, MES technical teams, and managed care plans to determine requirements for CRMS system enhancements.

• Provide technical solutions, ETL development, solution design.
• Create logical and physical data models.
• Involved in data interfaces between MES modules and external trading partners such as Managed Care Plans.
• Prior technical experience as a developer and Agile board experience for assigning and tracking team assignments.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and CICD pipelines is helpful.
