Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced advanced Desktop Support Technician. The ideal candidate brings proven problem‑solving experience and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast‑paced work environment. IG needs individuals who are passionate about customer service and have experience as an advanced Desktop Support Technician.
The role is responsible for Desktop Support, and some AD group policy administration.
