Job Overview

Full‑time Data/Systems Analyst to support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS). Key personnel providing deep business and technical knowledge of CRMS, collaborating with business teams, MES technical teams, and managed care plans to determine requirements for system enhancements.

Location:

Richmond, VA.

Contract position, duration 6 months.

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements for CRMS system enhancements.
Provide technical solutions, ETL development, and solution design.
Create logical and physical data models.
Manage data interfaces between MES modules and external trading partners, such as managed care plans.
Use Agile board to assign and track team assignments.
Work with Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines (helpful).

Qualifications

Strong business knowledge of Medicaid system components and related business rules and processes.
Experience providing technical solutions and ETL development.
Background as a developer with experience in Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Oracle, Mongo

DB, Talend, SQL Server, PL/SQL.
