Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Archer Subject Matter Expert to join their team. As an Archer Support Professional, you will be part of the IT Systems Support team supporting resource development and system administration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Archer SME

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $60-95/hr.

• Assist in developing and optimizing the use of Archer platform and transition resources effectively.
• Serve as Systems Strategist, especially during leadership transitions, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Conduct assessments to identify missing features and recommend enhancements to automate manual activities.
• Provide hands-on development support for Archer, including customization and feature implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions within Archer.

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Archer platform, including system administration and development.
• Strong analytical skills to assess current system capabilities and identify automation opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with transition planning and resource management in IT systems.
