Business Analyst

Business Analyst evaluates user requests for new or modified products, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs, and formulates systems to align with overall business strategies. Proficient in Agile practices and story writing.

• Lead requirement‑gathering sessions—including workshops, interviews, and document analysis—to capture detailed business needs.
• Accurately translate system and business requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Write UAT test scripts and conduct UAT testing.
• Identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks.
• Track requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
• Collaborate with agile delivery teams, technical staff, business partners, and vendors.
• Analyze, evaluate, and recommend solutions for complex business problems.

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a business systems analyst on medium to large projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Visio, Draw.io, Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Confluence, and BI tools.
• Excellent client‑facing, internal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑driven ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
