Systems Analyst 4 – Data/Systems Analyst

Location:

Richmond, VA – Must be local to VA. Once a week onsite.

There is a need for a Data/Systems analyst to support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS). This position is one of the key personnel supporting the MES CRMS components and provides deep business and technical knowledge of CRMS and its data. The analyst works closely with business teams, MES Technical teams, and managed care plans to determine requirements for CRMS system enhancements.

• Systems Analysis – 10+ years required

• ETL Tools (Talend) – 5+ years required
• Solution Design based on Requirements – 5+ years required
• Assigning Work to Technical Team and Tracking – 5+ years required
• Use of Agile Board – 5+ years required
• CI/CD Pipeline Concepts – 3+ years required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – 15+ years required
