• Evaluate user requests for new or modified products.
• Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Formulate systems aligned with overall business strategies.
• Collaborate with agile teams and stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, interviews.
• Document analysis and create detailed business needs.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Write UAT test scripts and perform UAT testing.
• Identify and document project risks and mitigation actions.
• Track requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle.

• 5+ years as a business systems analyst on medium to large projects.
• Proficient in Agile practices and story writing.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Visio, Draw.io, Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Confluence, BI tools.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills; logic and reasoning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client‑facing skills.
• Solid organizational skills; attention to detail and multitasking.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
