This role is a key member of the MES CRMS team, providing deep business and technical knowledge of CRMS data. You will work closely with business teams, MES technical staff, and managed care partners to define requirements for system enhancements and fixes.

• Analyze, design, and develop ETL solutions using Talend and other tools.
• Create logical and physical data models for CRMS.
• Define and document requirements for CRMS system enhancements.
• Conduct data interface design between MES modules and external partners such as Managed Care Plans.
• Provide technical solutions for Medicaid system components and related business rules.
• Track and assign work to the technical team using Agile boards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops and related tools.
• Maintain and optimize Oracle, Mongo
  
  DB, SQL Server, and PL/SQL environments.

• Required: 10+ years systems analysis experience.
• Required: 10+ years knowledge of Medicaid system components and business rules.
• Required: 10+ years requirements gathering experience.
• Required: 5+ years software development experience.
• Required: 5+ years database design experience.
• Required: 5+ years experience with ETL tools.
• Required: 5+ years designing solutions based on requirements.
• Required: 10+ years of SQL/PLSQL expertise.
• Required: 5+ years assigning work to technical teams and tracking.
• Required: 5+ years using Agile boards.
• Required: 3+ years knowledge of CI/CD pipeline concepts.
