The Product Designer will co‑create innovative solutions to complex problems by combining craft expertise with an understanding of customers and business. They will oversee the agent platform, its design system, and governance processes to ensure scalable, systematic expansion of product features.

• Product Design Expertise
  :
  Demonstrate high skill across interaction, visual, and service design; produce artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, high‑fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Design System Expertise
  :
  Build and maintain robust, scalable components in Figma, document technical specs and usage guidelines, create responsive components, apply atomic design methodology, manage version control, and provide a single source of truth.
• Leadership & Mentoring
  :
  Lead design projects, delegate to junior members, partner with stakeholders, and mature overall product design practice.
• Human‑Centered Design
  :
  Navigate partners’ needs, incorporate data and research, and focus on inclusive, customer‑centered solutions.
• Business‑Focused
  :
  Apply product and market insights to shape shared vision with partners.
• Problem‑Solving & Technical Insight
  :
  Use knowledge of tech, data, and emerging technologies to inform work and navigate limitations.
• Collaboration
  :
  Facilitate workshops, validate components, partner with designers, and help prioritize roadmaps.
• Communication
  :
  Present work across levels, guide onboarding, provide governance, and share announcements.

• Basic Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role.
  • At least 6 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Experience leading a design system.
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience collaborating with product, tech, and business partners.
  • Experience leading design projects or teams.
  • Experience leading a multi‑level design system within a larger ecosystem.
  • Experience working in heavily regulated, data‑heavy problem spaces.

Compensation
:
Base salary ranges from $144,000 to $197,200 depending on location, with eligibility for performance‑based incentives.
