Base pay range
: $65.00/hr – $70.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)
Full‑time Data/Systems analyst to support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS). A key personnel role providing deep business and technical knowledge of CRMS, its data, and working closely with business teams, MES technical teams, and managed care plans to determine requirements for system enhancements.
Responsibilities- Support system enhancements and fixes for MES CRMS components.
- Provide technical solutions, ETL development, solution design, logical and physical data modeling.
- Involved in data interfaces between MES modules and external trading partners such as Managed Care Plans.
- Work with Agile board to assign and track team assignments.
- Design solutions and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev Ops.
- 10+ years experience with Systems Analysis (includes Medicaid system components & business rules).
- 10+ years experience in Requirements Gathering.
- 5+ years experience with Software Development.
- 5+ years experience with Database Design.
- 5+ years experience with ETL Tools.
- 5+ years experience designing solutions based on requirements.
- 10+ years experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
- 5+ years experience assigning work to technical team and tracking.
- 5+ years experience using Agile boards.
- 3+ years knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline concepts.
- 5+ years experience with Mongo
DB. - 5+ years experience with Oracle DB.
- 5+ years experience with interfaces and extracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (15+ years).
Strong business knowledge of Medicaid system components and related business rules and processes.
Experience providing technical solutions, ETL development, solution design, and creating logical & physical data models.
