• Candidate must reside in the United States for the entire assignment (no offshore contractors allowed).

Client is seeking a senior Data/Systems Analyst to support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS). This role is critical in supporting CRMS components and requires deep Medicaid business knowledge
, along with strong technical and data expertise.

The analyst will collaborate closely with:

• Business teams
• MES technical teams
• Managed Care Plans (external partners)

This is a Medicaid business knowledge–heavy role
.

• Candidate must have strong experience with Medicaid system components, business rules, and processes
  .
• This experience MUST be clearly highlighted on the resume (not just in a skills matrix).
• Candidates must be able to speak in detail about this experience during the interview.
• If Medicaid experience is not clearly documented

• Systems and data analysis for MES CRMS enhancements and fixes
• Requirements gathering and solution design
• ETL development and data integration

• Managing interfaces between MES modules and external partners
