The Director of Innovation & Technology is a senior technology leader responsible for contributing and executing CSC’s innovation and technology strategy. This player‑coach role blends hands‑on engineering execution with leadership of a diverse and growing team of developers, admins, analysts, and automation specialists.

This individual will guide CSC’s technology ecosystem
, spanning Salesforce, Azure, cloud‑native tools, internal platform builds, and emerging AI capabilities. They will champion CSC’s Execution Framework (Idea ? Discovery ? Design ? Build ? QA ? Rollout ? Measure) to bring predictability, transparency, and measurable business value to our innovation initiatives.

This is a high‑impact role for a bold, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent leader who thrives in fast‑moving environments, leads with empathy, and operates with both strategic vision and execution discipline.

• Collaborative Leadership:
  Lead and work alongside engineering teams, platform administrators, business analysts, and department stakeholders to deliver intelligent, scalable applications.
• Innovation Ownership:
  Provide leadership to Innovation team members, ensuring that the team is positioned to build next‑generation tools, systems, and automation that support CSC’s growth.
• Executive Alignment:
  Partner directly with Senior Leadership to shape CSC’s technology strategy and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

• Contribute to and execute CSC’s enterprise technology strategy and technical architecture across Salesforce, Azure, AI tools, and cloud‑native applications.
• Define scalable, secure, and modern integration patterns to support enterprise growth.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make build/buy recommendations based on business value.

• Lead the delivery of intelligent automation and internal tools using AI/ML, LLMs, and cloud services.
• Drive structured experimentation and prototype development using CSC data and AI platforms.
• Embed AI and automation into operational workflows across underwriting, sales, service, and finance.
• Develop CSC’s LLMOps and AI governance standards, including safety, ethics, model lifecycle, and evaluation frameworks.
• Build internal tools for operations, underwriting, sales enablement, portfolio management, and customer service.

• Steward the CSC Execution Framework across all innovation projects.
• Manage prioritization, execution, and measurement of key innovation and technology programs.
• Build and maintain a unified innovation roadmap, ensuring transparency, predictability, and cross‑team alignment.
• Ensure predictable delivery of MVPs with strong scoping, governance, and communication.
• Consistently provide timely communication of progress, risks, and decisions to Senior Leadership.
