Role: IT Technical Writer / Systems Analyst
Client: VDOT State of VA
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid); candidates must be within 2 hours drive
Job : 751994
Interview Mode: Either Phone or In Person
- Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
- Contractor will purchase or arrange parking through VDOT’s Parking Management Office.
- Assignments extended beyond 6/30/24, likely 12+ months.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Proficient in real‑time delivery of training programs.
- Experience creating recordings of training programs for on‑demand use.
- PMP certification through PMI or qualification under Commonwealth of Virginia standards for IT Project Managers. See http://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)..
- Experience with VITA’s Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and process preferred.
- CBAP and/or CSPO certification.
- Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete.
