The Senior Product Configuration Analyst role is a technical position that is engaged in the detailed research and analysis of product specifications in order to effectively design and configure components in our insurance processing system.
Primary Duties:- Works to thoroughly understand requirements whether based on rating or products manuals as well as end user scoping sessions to effectively configure these items in the system.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of business activities and operating processes before product configuration work begins.
- Works closely with the business sponsors and stakeholders
