. The position focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining personal computing hardware and software to enhance employee productivity and improve process efficiency while ensuring compliance with overall information systems goals.

• Maintain service levels for technical infrastructure and corporate desktops according to best practices.
• applications, patching, and security, including enterprise patching strategies and automated deployment.
• Support Windows remote users, desktop hardware, printers/copiers, and network printers.
• Communicate and respond to customer inquiries based on established service levels.
• Engage in incident management, cross‑team collaboration, and documentation (IS Wiki).
• All other duties as assigned.

• Serve as a member of the IS Incident Management support team.

• Microsoft 365 Certified:
  Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• A+ and Security+ Certified.
• 5‑10 years of desktop administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.

• Knowledge of Microsoft networking (TCP/IP, name resolution).
• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, printers, copiers, and fax machines.
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications and Microsoft Servers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service and communication.

• Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Administrator Associate.
• Hands‑on experience with Patch My PC, SCCM, Intune, and Power Shell scripting.
• Experience in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SCCM task sequences and golden images for Windows clients.
