Position Requirements
  • Experience working with large infrastructure hosting environments.
  • Thorough understanding of how separate infrastructure components work together to provide reliable and secure hosting environment.
  • Knowledgeable of network and security technologies.
  • Experience with connecting two complex networks together utilizing patterns such as DMS.
  • High‑level proficiency in the networking field and management of distributed information systems, tiered application infrastructure, cloud and data center network operations; proficiency in WAN, VPN, DNS, routing, firewall and load balancer technology.
  • Familiarity with product‑management methodologies and techniques, including managing technology offerings across life cycles, enabling cross‑functional teams, determining success criteria, and ensuring customer input.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Perform thorough research and provide high‑level technical analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail, and oral and written communication skills tailored for the intended audience.
  • Collaborate within a team environment to achieve department operational objectives.
  • Direct designated technical‑support staff in day‑to‑day production support.
  • Coordinate resolution of issues, drive improvements, influence design decisions; make decisions within established or widely accepted standards.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Commitment to ITSM, continuous improvement and proactive problem management.
  • Experience with Service Now or equivalent operations products.
  • Experience/exposure to Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps).
  • Experience/exposure to observability patterns.
  • Significant interaction with senior leaders; exceptional communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 6 to 9+ years of relevant experience.
  • Cloud‑technology certifications preferred.
  • ITIL certification preferred.
Additional Requirements
  • Work with highest level of autonomy.
  • Subject to extended work hours (25%).
  • Must carry work cellphone at all times.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
  • Sponsorship not available; role requires U.S. citizenship and a security investigation.
Job Summary

Seeking a senior‑level TSM for a critical Ops Partner role, ensuring stable and consistent operations, change, configuration, incident and problem management. Delivers and improves client technology needs on‑prem and in the cloud.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact within Operations for assigned product line.
  • Accountable for operational oversight of services and infrastructure portfolio.
  • Ensure delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective services.
  • Facilitate and coordinate technology planning and implementation for platform services across matrixed teams.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with supporting departments, clients and vendors.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver enhancements on time and within budget.
  • Communicate progress and status of critical events, incidents, or initiatives to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Track and coordinate resolution of platform service incidents, changes, problems, and requests; perform RCA on high or significant incidents; coordinate after‑action items.
  • Proactively manage platform infrastructure to meet or exceed SLA targets.
  • Identify technology service needs, solicit client input, and assist in defining product vision and strategy.
  • Support and prioritize projects, determine best implementation methods and schedules.
  • Lead initiatives representing Operations, adhering to business requirements and scope.
  • Apply risk‑management discipline in all efforts.
  • Provide secondary support and assist fellow PSMs as needed.
