Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, a benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Engage application owners, developers, and vendors to develop technical solutions.
- Create application packages in MSI and virtual formats.
- Maintain Windows updates using Configuration Manager 2012.
- Create deployment plans to mitigate risk, minimize conflict, and optimize effort.
- Partner with support teams to socialize desktop changes and gather feedback.
- Provide input into strategic direction and deliver technical leadership within the Application Delivery team.
- Own and implement process and technical improvements, including documentation and compliance.
- Remediate issues discovered during testing or deployment.
- Provide third-level support for packages, deployments, and Windows update issues.
- Deliver desktop troubleshooting support during high-impact events.
- Develop automated solutions to replace manual interventions.
- Engage with project teams to provide packaging and deployment support.
- 2+ years of Windows desktop systems management experience in a large enterprise environment.
- 2+ years of Power Shell and desktop scripting experience.
- Experience creating MSI and virtual application packages.
- Experience with Windows OS update management via Configuration Manager 2012.
- Experience with desktop deployment planning and risk mitigation.
- Experience providing third-level support for application packaging and deployments.
- Experience with SCCM or MDM administration (preferred).
- Experience with automation and a continuous integration platform such as Jenkins (preferred).
- Experience with Mac OS and Apple scripting (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or Military Experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred).

Wage information and benefits:
The pay range shown reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of this range. W2 employees who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for benefits including medical (multiple plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time as required by law.
