The client is seeking an experienced Automation & AI Platform Lead to manage and enhance cloud platform services. This role leads automation initiatives using AI, RPA, and low-code platforms, serves as a technical escalation point, and works closely with stakeholders and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design and delivery of automation solutions using Azure, AI, RPA (UIPath), Power Automate, and Box
- Act as technical SME and escalation point for platform services
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and cloud specialists
- Administer Adobe Management Platform (including Adobe Sign)
- Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Oversee full automation lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and support
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of automation solutions
- Maintain platform documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
- 5+ years as Automation / Technical Lead
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud, AI, RPA, Power Platform, Git Hub, and scripting
- Expertise in UIPath, Active Directory / Entra, Box, Service Now
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Adobe Management Platform & Adobe Sign
- Agile methodologies
- Programming (Python, Java, C#)
