Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA
Type: Full Time Employment
Job Description- First Point of contact for call center reps for any issues related to a CRM application and Robotics
- Fix issues which have a known CRM Application
- Escalate issue to the L4 support based on Business impact
- Provide hands and feet support for any issues reported in the War Room
- Provide floor support for any upgrade or migration for infra or software
- Able to capture logs and trace files from users who have chronic issues and not reproducible in the lower environment
- Establish contact with Advanced tech support and field support to be able to perform some elevated tasks on the user PC (Software deployment, file permission, software execution)
- Establish confidence with key business stakeholders in your appropriate locations
- Excellent communication
