Epic Willow Analyst

Experienced Epic Willow Analyst needed for a remote healthcare technology role supporting pharmacy applications, Epic build, production support, and workflow optimization. • Current Epic certification in Epic Willow Inpatient (Willow IP) or Epic Willow Ambulatory (Willow AMB) is required
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on Epic Willow build, maintenance, and production support experience
• Experience supporting pharmacy workflows within a healthcare organization
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently manage support tickets, prioritize workload, and provide high-quality support in a fast‑paced healthcare IT environment

• Provide ongoing application maintenance, production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Epic Willow
• Configure, build, test, and implement application enhancements, upgrades, and workflow changes
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze business needs and optimize pharmacy informatics workflows
• Participate in system testing, validation, and release activities for Epic upgrades and new functionality
• Investigate and resolve application incidents, service requests, and production issues while meeting service expectations
• Develop and maintain application documentation, build specifications, and support procedures
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support integration with related healthcare applications
