Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Hourly
Job Summary:We are looking for a customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to end users and support print services. The candidate will troubleshoot printer-related issues, manage support tickets, and provide general IT and Microsoft 365 support.
Required Skills:Minimum 5 years of IT help desk or technical support experience.
Minimum 5 years of Microsoft 365 experience.
Experience using ticketing tools such as Service Now, Jira, or similar platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and time management skills.
Good understanding of IT systems and end-user support.
