Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate property damage

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate software

• Document findings with detailed photos and clear reports

• Communicate professionally with policyholders and carriers

• Submit completed claim files in a timely and organized manner

Requirements:

• Proficient in Xactimate

• Strong knowledge of property damage assessment and repair

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Virginia or designated home state adjuster license

• Preferred: 2+ years of property adjusting experience
