Conduct thorough reviews of existing and prospective clients' current coverage to identify potential gaps or opportunities.
Develop and present comprehensive insurance solutions that align with the specific needs of families and small business owners in our community.
Manage a consistent pipeline of new business through networking, referrals, and local engagement initiatives.
Provide clear, ongoing support for policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance to ensure an excellent experience.
Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure high standards of data integrity and personalized service.
Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to a welcoming, supportive office atmosphere.
RequirementsValid Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Previous experience working in a sales or customer-facing insurance environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong comfort level with learning and utilizing agency management software.
Ability to articulate complex insurance concepts in plain, accessible language.
A proactive attitude toward professional development and industry updates.
