Job Description
The Houston, Dallas, Richmond, Raleigh, and Washington D.C. offices of Mc Guire Woods seek a Junior or Mid-Level Associate for the Patent Litigation Team.

Many of our lawyers hold advanced degrees in engineering and the sciences, allowing us to quickly learn our clients’ technology. We represent clients from virtually every sector of the global economy, including telecommunications providers, computer software and hardware providers, financial institutions, and manufacturers.
Job Requirements- 1-3 years patent litigation experience
- Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering degree
- Excellent academic credentials required
