In-House Litigation Attorney

As an In-House Litigation Attorney, you will help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel Epic on competitive strategy, conduct oral arguments, draft motions and briefs, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases. Your responsibilities grow with your skill set.
Required experience:
- 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases
- Competitive and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
- Strong academic and professional background
- Eye for detail, creativity, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Relocation to Madison, WI area required (relocation fully reimbursed)
- COVID-19 vaccination required
