Firm Advice is conducting a search for a Bankruptcy Associate on behalf of the Richmond, VA office of a boutique business litigation firm. This position is a full time hybrid Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team.

• Draft bankruptcy motions and other filings.
• Make court appearances and chair hearings.
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of files with a great attention to detail and under strict deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, internal staff and others to ensure cases are handled appropriately.

• Must hold VA bar license and be in good standing.
• 2+ years’ relevant experience preferred, but recently licensed attorneys with litigation experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience representing banks and mortgage servicers or general real estate or litigation experience is a plus.
• Must be organized and detail oriented, a superior communicator by both oral and written communications, capable of multitasking effectively.
