Hirschler, a dynamic, multispecialty law firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking an experienced associate to join our growing Construction Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that handles complex and high‑stakes matters across the construction industry.

As a member of our construction practice, you will work closely with clients and colleagues on a broad range of matters, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory disputes. You will have immediate opportunities for client contact and meaningful responsibility, including involvement in strategy development, discovery, motions practice, and dispute resolution.

• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction‑related disputes
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
