Litigation Paralegal

Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing complex cases.

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Assist with discovery, including document review, production, and organization.
• Prepare and maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Summarize depositions, medical records, and other evidence.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed.
• Manage e‑filing and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.

• Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $65,000 to $75,000.
