Transportation Litigation Attorney

Moran Reeves & Conn PC, a law firm in the historic Shockoe Slip area of Richmond, is searching for a motivated associate attorney to join its transportation practice.

Our transportation, trucking, and logistics litigation team defends catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims, freight and property claims, regulatory compliance, risk management, and employment matters. Moran Reeves Conn attorneys also get involved in supply chain and logistics management matters. This position encompasses all aspects of case development, including legal research and writing, fact and expert witness preparation, taking and defending depositions, appearing at court hearings, and assisting with trial preparation and trial.

The successful candidate must be a team player with strong organizational and leadership qualities, exceptional writing abilities and a high level of attention to detail.

At least two to five years' litigation experience is required.
