Seeking a dedicated and experienced Trial Attorney with 2 to 15 years of experience in transportation law or a strong interest in this area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocacy, a commitment to client service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 2 to 15 years of litigation experience, with a focus on transportation law preferred but not necessary
• Trial Experience
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Licensed to practice law in Virginia or eligible for admission.
