A growing, client-focused law practice is seeking experienced Personal Injury Attorneys to join a high-performing litigation team. This role is ideal for attorneys with a strong track record in personal injury matters who value integrity, collaboration, and results-driven advocacy.

You'll manage a diverse personal injury caseload and represent clients across multiple court levels within Virginia, supported by advanced legal technology and a collaborative team environment focused on professional growth.

• Evaluate new cases and conduct client intakes

• Maintain proactive communication with current and prospective clients
• Manage all aspects of pre-litigation, including case valuation and claim optimization
• Lead settlement negotiations and oversee recovery disbursements
• Advocate for clients across Virginia jurisdictions
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, focus groups, and settlement conferences

• Build strong client relationships and mentor junior attorneys

• Active license to practice law in Virginia

• Proven experience in personal injury litigation
