• Monday – Friday, every week
• 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Rotating Saturdays
• Commuting to our material recycling facility Transfer Station in N. Chesterfield, VA

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; maintain accurate records.
• Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicle equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam.

• Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety.
• Take accountability for adhering to our safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and support others.
• Problem‑solve independently when faced with challenges.

• Use motor coordination with finger dexterity most of the workday.
• Exert physical effort handling objects less than 30 pounds occasionally.
• Exposed to physical occupational risks (e.g., cuts, burns, exposure to chemicals) rarely.
• Operate in an environment that involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar elements most of the workday.
• Normal setting for this job is shop or field.
