Job Description:

Operations/Supply Planner positions offered by ABB Inc. (Richmond, Virginia). Responsible for developing and executing integrated production and supply plans, managing capacity planning, coordinating Sales & Operations Planning processes, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. Analyze production and supply chain data, drive ERP-based planning processes, facilitate cross-functional planning meetings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plan adherence and operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience performing production planning and purchasing
• In lieu of a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 2 years of experience as stated, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience
• Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

Using SAP ERP, including the Production or Material management module

Working in supplier relations, including performing Supplier Management and using planning tools, quality processes, commercial terms, and standard plannings

Performing capacity planning, material planning, and inventory management
• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.

We are offering a salary of $129,375 to $186,500 per year.
