Service Master Services in Richmond, VA is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee 5-15 accounts and lead a team of 50-100 employees. The role reports to the Vice President of Operations and drives operational excellence and exceptional service.
You will develop cleaning plans, manage staffing and budgets, and build strong client relationships while maintaining safety and quality standards. Flexible hours with some weekends are required.
