A Project Manager is responsible for managing and documenting the process flow of a project from start to finish, ensuring that work proceeds in a timely manner, within agreed upon pricing, and meets specifications, while maintaining customer and vendor relations throughout the life of a project.

• Customer Service:
  Anticipate, meet, and/or exceed customer needs, wants and expectations.
• Financial Responsibility:
  Pursue financial goals by seeing and seizing opportunity, making profitable business decisions, and controlling operational costs.
• Project Management:
  Manage the process flow of a project from start to finish.
• Project Documentation:
  Document the process flow of a project from start to finish.
• Problem Solving:
  Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Priority Management:
  Take control of your time and schedule to increase personal productivity and manage the daily pressures of meeting important and urgent commitments.
• Embrace the Culture:

• High School Diploma required.
• Lighting or Electrical industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
