Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking an experienced Service Manager (Lane Manager) who is motivated and committed to their career in this highly competitive industry. - Managing the service department while supervising service advisors to ensure they meet the service objectives and expectations of the role.
- Train Advisors to greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and the highest level of respect.
- Train Advisors to present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicles in a way that is easy for them to understand.
- Manage the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently.
- Train Advisors to possess the ability to sell our services consistently and effectively without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
- Always use the phone professionally to create a long‑term relationship between the store, yourself, and the customer.
- Prepare business goals for each month and for the year.
- Act in a professional manner that reflects the quality organization you represent. Always project an attitude of honesty and integrity.
- Direct, coordinate, and participate in performing customer service activities as dictated by workload.
- Ensure that all work is performed to the proper specifications.
- Assist other employees as needed.
- Five years of related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Graduation from an industry‑recognized training program is also preferred but not required.
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience, preferred but not required.
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Able to pass a pre‑employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
