Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Executive Recruiter| Sr. Account Management | Driving Revenue Growth | Client Expansion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and company values.
  • Perform warehouse functions as needed, including order processing, routing, and documentation.
  • Utilize WMS to manage operations, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor workflow and provide daily updates to management on work activities and volumes.
  • Assist in developing staffing plans and work schedules to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and quality standards.
  • Conduct team meetings and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, peers, and external customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment or receipt discrepancies as needed.
  • Open and close the warehouse facility and respond to security alarms.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • 2–4 years of leadership experience in warehouse operations (Team Lead or Supervisor).
  • 2–4 years of experience using an electronic Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • 3–5 years of experience operating material handling equipment, including lift trucks and pallet jacks.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain lift truck certification in accordance with OSHA standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
