Prospect Blue is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee all aspects of accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach, and a passion for accuracy and process improvement.

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate annual audits and work closely with external auditors and advisors.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff to support department growth and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• CPA designation required or actively maintained.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or Controller role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
