  Collaborate with the BOH Manager to build and train a top-performing team dedicated to outstanding kitchen operations.
• Lead Operations

  Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.

  Ensure all food products meet Dash In’s exceptional standards while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate & Communicate
  :
  Work closely with the BOH Manager on inventory, equipment maintenance, and team performance to keep everything on track.

• Experience
  :
  Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent.
• Education
  :
  High school diploma or equivalent or interest in enrolling in our employer‑paid GED completion program.
• Ambition
  :
  Drive for results and ability to adapt to change with attention to detail.
• Communication
  :
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical & Mental Stamina
  :
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and ability to use POS technology.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

• Active Serv Safe certification.
