Position Overview

The Audit Senior Manager will lead audit engagements across a variety of commercial industries, oversee the development of audit staff, and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued success and growth of the Richmond practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee audit engagements for commercial and real estate clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop A&A associates through coaching and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
  • Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for client expansion.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to advance practice goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
    Master’s preferred.
  • Active CPA license required.
  • 7+ years of public accounting experience.
  • Commercial and/or real estate audit experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership and staff development skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities with a sense of urgency.
