The Faison Center is seeking a Licensed Program Manager to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight in our Richmond Early Education Center (EEC). This leadership role supports high-quality ABA services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The Program Manager serves as the primary on-site clinical leader supporting staff, instructional programming, behavior plan implementation, family communication, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily ABA services and staff performance
- Support instructional programming, assessments, and ISP updates
- Provide credentialed clinical supervision – Oversee safety, incident reporting, and daily operations
- Communicate with families and interdisciplinary partners
- Support staff training, performance, and development
- Participate in intake meetings, ISP meetings, and committees
- Bachelor’s degree required
- BCaBA or BCBA certification required
- State licensure (LABA or LBA) required
- Experience working with children with autism
- Supervisory/leadership experience preferred
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Bend, kneel, reach, and move quickly
- Respond physically in safety situations
