If this sounds like you, we want YOU to be part of our team! Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team. Facility Maintenance ensures the dealership’s facilities and equipment operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This includes performing preventative maintenance, addressing repairs, and assisting with facility upgrades. The technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and operational environment for both employees and customers, contributing to a positive experience within the dealership.

- Perform daily inspections of the facility and dealership equipment, identifying issues and addressing necessary repairs promptly.
- Ensure all service bays, customer areas, and facility grounds are maintained to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and dealership safety regulations.
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions and promote a safety-first mindset among dealership staff.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards, taking proactive measures to prevent accidents.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in facility or building maintenance, ideally in an automotive or dealership environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
