  • Design and deploy a unified regulatory engagement model for the Global Payment Network, establishing clear operational guardrails and centralized oversight for all international regulatory interactions.
  • Seamlessly coordinate and drive alignment across a globally distributed network of teams.
  • Drive scalability and optimize resource allocation by aligning regulatory strategies with market commercial priorities, jurisdictional risk profiles, and enterprise risk appetite.
  • Partner with Business, Product, and Technology teams to build "enabling environments" globally. Translate complex, international regulatory trends into technical specifications and market-leading offerings, turning compliance capabilities into a competitive advantage.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management
  • At least 7 years of experience supporting, partnering with, and interacting with internal business clients
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in financial services risk management
  • At least 7 years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs within a risk management organization
