You will take ownership of customer accounts and guide projects from the point of sale through completed production. This is a highly collaborative role where strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail directly contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and company growth.

If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and being the person who makes sure the details come together, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do Own the Customer Experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts throughout the production process.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and internal partners.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
  • Coordinate customer visits and participate in customer meetings as needed.
Manage Projects from Sale Through Production
  • Act as the key liaison between customers, Account Executives, and manufacturing.
  • Manage job details, schedules, specifications, changes, and workflow requirements.
  • Monitor project schedules and communicate potential issues before they affect delivery.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings with customers, sales, and production teams.
  • Consult with customers regarding project specifications, equipment capabilities, file requirements, shipping methods, mailing requirements, and company procedures.
Solve Problems and Drive Results
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues involving schedules, quality, specifications, and production.
  • Manage customer and internal changes while keeping projects moving forward.
  • Escalate questions or concerns appropriately and ensure they are resolved.
  • Request pricing from Estimating and communicate pricing to customers in coordination with the Account Executive.
  • Identify opportunities to improve account profitability through change orders, process efficiencies, materials, and other cost considerations.
  • Collaborate Across the Organization
Partner closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Estimating, and other departments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Keep stakeholders informed through timely, proactive communication.
  • Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment.
What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with PACE or similar production-management software.

  • Customers know they have a reliable partner who will keep their projects moving.
  • Sales and production teams have the information they need to execute successfully.
