Responsibilities- Maintain Excellence – ensure equipment and tools are in top condition and bring a positive attitude to every task, upholding LEGO® quality standards.
- Enhance Efficiency – work to maximize the utilization of pre-pack equipment, hit production goals, and keep reports up to date.
- Support Operations – keep our lines stocked with materials, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and proactively follow safety and quality procedures.
- Innovate Together – fine‑tune counting machines, baggers, and scales to ensure quality and efficiency, adapting to challenges as they arise.
Completed support to change over training and SDPPL training, with understanding of counting machines, material handling, manual tables, and process escalation. Completion must be verified by the LVA training department.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Must be 18 years of age and willing to work 12‑hour shifts (6:00 am–6:00 pm) on a 2‑2‑3 schedule, enjoying 15 days of work each month.
- Capacity to work in a climate‑controlled setting.
Competitive pay rate of $21.42 per hour with weekly pay.
