Job DescriptionWork just 15 days a month — and make every shift count! Join our team on a non‑rotating 2-2-3 schedule that gives you stability, balance, and plenty of days off to recharge.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll keep our operations running smoothly by supplying materials to production lines, reviewing order reports, and keeping work areas organized and ready for success in our climate‑controlled facility.
ResponsibilitiesSupport production lines by:
- Managing inventory and ensuring timely material delivery.
- Reviewing and executing order reports.
- Maintaining organized work areas and a safe environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in storage processes, supporting production areas.
- Minimum 3 years forklift experience, safely operating forklifts.
- Forklift certification required.
- Experience using a warehouse management system.
- Ability to balance multiple processes simultaneously to support overall system efficiency.
- Willingness and ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
- Salary $23.03 per hour.
- Potential start date Q1 2026.
