Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electronic Assembler to join their team. As an Electronic Assembler, you will be part of the Production support team at the Richmond site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Electronic Assembler
Location:Richmond, VA
Pay Range:$19.00 per hour
Shift:1st and 2nd shifts available (7AM-3:30PM and 3PM-11:30PM)
What's the Job?- Assemble electronic products following detailed engineering documents to ensure high-quality output.
- Operate computers to check schedules and update manufacturing status of jobs.
- Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing according to established procedures.
- Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process continuously.
- Assist in training new employees and resolve inquiries or problems that arise during production.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly roles.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Flexibility to work across multiple shifts as needed.
