Overview

The Extrusion Operator will set up and operate extrusion lines to produce high‑quality HDPE film. The role requires adherence to JSA’s, safety procedures, SOPs, and quality controls while meeting productivity targets and minimizing downtime and waste.

Compensation
  • $19.25–$21.00 per hour
Available Shift
  • 12‑hour swing shifts (5 weeks of 7 am‑7 pm and 5 weeks of 7 pm‑7 am) with every other weekend off; 2‑2‑3 schedule
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Understand and follow all JSA’s and safety procedures/policies
  • Safely and efficiently set up and operate extrusion lines to produce high‑quality HDPE film
  • Operate extrusion lines in accordance with job safety analysis, standard operating procedures, quality procedures, and operator training to meet or exceed productivity requirements and minimize downtime and waste
  • Ensure that proper materials are being used in accordance with procedures
  • Monitor roll weights to ensure the correct gauge is maintained throughout the shift
  • Assure proper packaging and labeling of film
  • Complete daily production reporting
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of pre‑employment background and drug screen
  • Ability to work 12‑hour day and night rotating shifts
  • Work overtime as required
  • Successfully completes training courses as determined by management
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
