Production Technician

Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $15/hr

Shift: Mon-Fri, 7AM - 4PM

• Operate and monitor production machinery to manufacture silt fence products
• Load uncompleted parts and offload finished components efficiently and safely
• Perform quality checks and read tape measures to ensure product standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Work overtime as needed to meet production goals

• Recent industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn machine operation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs manually, with no lifting above shoulder height
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
• Willingness to follow all safety procedures and policies
