Pay: $25.63 per hour.
Schedule: 12 hr shifts, 2–2–3 schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve production issues (equipment malfunctions, quality control problems, safety concerns).
• Prioritize safety and drive safety initiatives.
• Lead changeovers and set up equipment for different product sizes.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, and make minor repairs to mechanical equipment.
• Use hand tools and fix belts.
• Work with QA team to ensure production meets QA standards.
• Train new operators on equipment operation and minor adjustments.

Qualifications (Requirements):

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience or Через knowledge of machine conversion processes.
Prior leadership experience (optional but preferred).
• Problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution, and effective communication skills.
